My name is Lauren Barrette, owner and educator at Empathway Education. I help people and organizations build stronger connections through empathy, communication, and belonging. I create experiences that help teams understand each other, work better together, and build systems that truly serve people.
My approach is rooted in the idea that lasting change starts with empathy. When people feel seen, valued, and understood, they show up differently – and that’s when connection happens. Once we feel connected to one another we are open to change and we are open to new possibilities.
I look forward to the opportunity to connect with you!
